The breathtaking views from the balcony were unforgettable.
Our experience was marred by a few disappointments. The noise from the nearby train was quite intrusive at night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower was smaller than expected and had some mold, which was off-putting. Climbing four flights of stairs to reach our room was tiring, especially with luggage.

The stunning view from the shared balcony allowed us to enjoy sunset with a glass of Prosecco, while the quick access to the train station made day trips a breeze.

great value but minor accessibility issue
The views from the room were spectacular, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the sea from our window each morning. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, making it a comfortable place to relax. The welcoming atmosphere from the owners truly made our experience memorable, as they offered personalized recommendations for local dining options. Waking up to the stunning sea view was a highlight of our stay!

private terrace, beach access, proximity to train station
An hour wait at check-in isn’t ideal!!! The continuous noise from trains might be difficult for sensitive sleepers!!! Be prepared for a workout, as the lack of an elevator means lugging bags up multiple flights of stairs!!!

The view from our Deluxe Double Room with Sea View was simply stunning—imagine waking up to the Mediterranean right outside your window! The hospitality of the hosts was warm and welcoming, and we couldn't get enough of the homemade pies and jams—they were a real culinary find! Plus, the location was just a minute's stroll from the beach, making meals at nearby Il Gabbiano and Il Bocconcino a breeze.
Now, the only cheeky critique I have is there's no elevator. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but lugging bags up the stairs might be a workout for some. Seriously, that’s the only thing that wasn’t perfect, and everything else shined!

Unbeatable location with an incredible view of the beach right from the window, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. The room was clean and well-equipped, featuring double glazed windows that effectively muted outside noise. Manuel provided a warm welcome and helpful tips for exploring the area, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, access involved several stairs, which might not suit everyone, and the room felt a bit cramped despite the stunning surroundings.
